Delivery & Shipping

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday using either 'Australia Post'. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 working days after you place your order, see below for shipping options and delivery time.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at shop@bonemil.com.au. 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at shop@bonemil.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Bon Emil accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to accept the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
