If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if you simply change your mind we can offer an exchange or credit note. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
To inquire about exchanging or returning your item(s) for a credit note, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions of return:
- Sale items, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items need to be returned within 7 days from the date you receive it
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original labels and tickets attached to the item
- Shoes must be in the original box
- Returns will not be processed on items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Orders will only be exchanged, not refunded, unless faulty
Please note that all returns must be received at return address within 7 days from the date of approval. If goods are not received at our return address within this timeframe we may be unable to process your claim, and your garments may be returned to you at your cost, or goods may be forfeited.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item except in the case of faulty goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty goods.
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a small time frame. Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange your item, please note: We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
